CORRADI DELL'ACQUA BEATRICE

Beatrice Corradi dell’Acqua is an Italian artist who lives and works in Milan. After earning a degree in biology, she trained as an artist in the field of graphic design and illustration, drawing inspiration from the natural world and working primarily with acrylic painting. From a contemporary reinterpretation of marble and hard-stone imitation—echoing the precious Florentine inlays of the 16th century—her paintings were born, where fairy-tale nature, fantastic creatures, and surreal worlds blend with stylistic elements of Art Deco.
More recently, she has brought together the worlds of art and design in a series of hand-painted side tables that reflect the artist’s fantastical, timeless universes; in these pieces, faux marble veining merges with contemporary forms, giving life to unique, one-of-a-kind works.
